At Quantum PCs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

                                                           Returns

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Returned in its original packaging

• Free of any physical damage

 

                                                           Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Items with physical damage are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, regardless of how the damage occurred.

 

                                                  Custom-Built PCs

 

Due to the nature of custom-built systems, custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

 

                                                     Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

                                                          Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
